OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our team, bringing expertise and passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within the unit, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving exceptional outcomes.
Estimated Salary Range: $83,000 - $110,000 per yearThis highly competitive salary reflects your value as a skilled professional in the field of nursing, with consideration given to factors such as experience, qualifications, and location.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care
- Participating in ongoing quality assessment and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and other managers to create a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Supporting patient-first philosophy and engaging in service recovery when necessary
- Providing recommendations related to staff development, training, and personnel policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited registered nursing program (BSN preferred)
- A minimum of one year of NICU experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
- A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
- NRP certification
