About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Records Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing student academic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage student academic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and graduation clearances.
  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of electronic and physical student records.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to update and maintain course catalogs and program requirements.
  • Coordinate the evaluation of transfer credits and credit transfers between institutions.
  • Assist students, faculty, and staff with inquiries related to academic records and policies.
  • Prepare reports and statistical analyses on academic records data as needed.
  • Stay updated on regulations and best practices related to academic recordkeeping.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative work, preferably in a university or higher education setting.
  • Knowledge of academic recordkeeping procedure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and student information systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
