Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for verifying that all company technical quality assurance specifications are followed for inspected jobs. You will perform quality control inspections by reviewing work completed by contract and in-house technicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify all company technical quality assurance specifications for construction are followed for inspected jobs.
- Perform quality control inspections by reviewing work completed by contract and in-house technicians.
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to ensure Full Circle Fiber follows all field construction quality specifications and guidelines as outlined by each project.
- Recognize and escalate to a supervisor persistent quality or other observed factors that could impact the ongoing relationship between client and company.
- Evaluate quality standards audit program to ensure all work passes the client's specifications prior to billing.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Solid financial management skills including forecasting, analyzing, and planning.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e., word processing, spreadsheet, etc.).
In the field, flexibility to work extended hours.
