Opportunity Overview

Baystate Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Clinical Educator to join our team in the Level III NICU. As a key member of our neonatal team, you will be responsible for providing clinical education and training to residents and medical students, while also contributing to the development of innovative clinical and quality improvement research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical education and training to residents and medical students in the Level III NICU
  • Contribute to the development of innovative clinical and quality improvement research
  • Collaborate with the neonatal team to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects

Requirements:

  • ABMS BE or BC Neonatology certification
  • Strong clinical and educational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
