About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work in a state-of-the-art, 46-bed Level-III single patient room NICU. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24-hour, in-house coverage and working collaboratively with a team of 5 Neonatologists and 4 NNPs.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality patient care to neonates in the NICU
• Collaborate with the neonatology team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of neonates
• Develop and implement educational programs for staff and families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master's degree
• Strong background in neonatal care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
