Job Overview

OneCloud Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications technologies, including SIP, Kamailio, Asterisk, and FreeSwitch. You will be responsible for handling complex customer issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and managing phone system and network administration.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow with our company, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and onsite support for IP telephony, network, and data systems
  • Assist in troubleshooting support tickets escalated from Tier 2 Support
  • Manage phone system and network administration and programming
  • Participate in Telephone/Data system design meetings
  • Work directly with vendors and customers

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SIP and NetSapiens infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
