About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Web Experience to join our team at Klaviyo Inc. and drive the growth of our digital journey, including building and optimizing the website for our prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to ensure all web activities are in service of our goal to achieve ambitious lead and customer growth targets.
  • Website Performance and Optimization: Ensure that our main website remains the high-performing primary marketing vehicle for brand awareness and demand generation by optimizing site architecture, technical foundation, keyword support, and editorial content.
  • Global Growth and Internationalization: Support global growth through site internationalization, including internationalizing the website experience as we expand into new markets and new languages.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Plan and implement data-driven testing to optimize and personalize web experiences to increase site to lead conversions, pipeline, and decrease time to sale.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead relationship with technical teams (Product & Marketing Engineering) and Web UX (Creative/Design) team through prioritization, OKRs, and stewardship of key projects/experiments to deliver against channel KPIs.
Requirements
  • 12+ years experience in web management, user acquisition, and demand gen to analyze and produce marketing sourced leads and pipeline.
  • Proven experience in senior-level marketing roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing digital experience and conversion strategies.
  • Expertise in web analytics (Google Analytics), A/B and multivariate testing tools, content management systems (Wordpress), technical and content SEO, web QA and domain/url management.
  • Experience translating and localizing websites into new markets and languages.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions between multiple projects and competing priorities within the organization.
  • Ability to communicate strategy, business cases, and roadmap to influence and advocate in a complex and matrixed organization, and analyze data and translate web findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success managing and mentoring a team of high performers across multiple offices and time zones, as well as building highly collaborative and productive relationships with cross-functional leaders.

  • Competitive base pay range: $208,000 — $312,000 USD
