About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our Process Operation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the efficient use of equipment and materials to produce high-quality products in accordance with our operating strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction to personnel in the use of equipment and materials to achieve production goals.
  • Coordinate support staff, scheduling, and improvement initiatives to optimize process performance.
  • Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with external and internal EHS standards.
  • Train personnel on equipment, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure cGMPs are followed during production and respond to internal audit observations.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and respond to their concerns.
  • Maintain proper documentation practices and generate reports for deviations.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams to optimize process performance.
  • Participate in the design, selection, installation, and qualification of new equipment, facilities, and processes.
Requirements
  • Experience in GMP or regulated production environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience in Food or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of FDA cGMPs.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related Science or business.
  • Working knowledge of LDMS or Microsoft applications, SAP, Veeva.
  • Training or experience in formulation, filling, packaging, validation, technology transfer, change control.
  • Knowledge or previous experience in managing technical programs/projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
