Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Lean Manufacturing Principles: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices, including Six Sigma and ISO 9000.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production associates.
