The Manufacturing Technician II role is a hands-on position within our Filling operations, reporting to a Process Execution Team Manager. This position involves working in various controlled and classified areas, operating equipment, conducting in-process monitoring, and ensuring compliance with cGMPs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate assigned machinery, ensure smooth product flow, and handle finished materials
  • Assemble, operate, and sanitize Filling equipment
  • Conduct filter integrity testing and maintain a clean work environment
  • Perform visual and physical checks on materials, and complete necessary documentation
  • Assist with inventory control, perform batch record entries, and ensure quality control
  • Follow safety procedures, report discrepancies, and assist with maintenance tasks
Other Responsibilities:
  • Support process improvement activities and participate in problem-solving initiatives
  • Contribute to Validation/Engineering protocols and suggest process enhancements
  • Be flexible in training and supporting other Filling functions as required
  • Acquire and maintain necessary certifications and qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Effective communication in English, attention to detail, and ability to learn new skills
  • Team player, adaptable to changing environments, able to work some overtime
Preferred Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with prior experience in a pharmaceutical or cGMP setting
  • Knowledge of cGMPs, FDA policies, and experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment
This role involves physical tasks and the use of personal protective equipment. Visual acuity and compliance with safety regulations are crucial.
