About the Role

This part-time direct-care position involves implementing residential services to individuals with disabilities in our Residential Group Home Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with meal planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and kitchen maintenance.
  • Manage household upkeep and supervise facility maintenance under the direction of the Residential Program Supervisor.
  • Assist residents with laundry and personal hygiene.
  • Provide transportation when necessary using agency vehicles.
  • Complete daily anecdotal and progress notes regarding residents.
  • Administer and document medications as required.
  • Perform related work as assigned.
Supervision and Evaluation

This position is directly supervised by a Residential Program Manager, who assigns specific duties and evaluates performance based on task completion, resident progress, and record completion.
