Summary

The Field Operations Manager is tasked with ensuring that all contractual commitments are fulfilled, demonstrating leadership, fostering high morale, and overseeing the performance of all security personnel assigned to the shift. This role includes organizing shift work distribution, addressing inquiries from Access Control Officers regarding their duties, and resolving shift-related issues with minimal oversight. The Field Operations Manager does not function as a law enforcement officer and holds no arrest or apprehension authority.

Responsibilities

+ Adhere to all company personnel and safety protocols while executing all assigned tasks in a secure manner.

+ Arrive at work in the appropriate uniform and equipped with necessary issued gear.

+ Maintain the cleanliness of the uniform and assigned equipment.

+ Execute general and specific orders for the designated area.

+ Communicate effectively via radio, telephone, and in person as per directives.

+ Manage access to facilities and property, safeguard equipment and materials, and conduct both interior and exterior security inspections as instructed.

+ Engage and escort public and government representatives as necessary.

+ Professionally interact with employees, VIPs, and the general public.

+ Maintain composure and self-discipline in stressful situations.

+ Assist medical, fire, law enforcement, and other personnel as directed by supervisors.

+ Prepare and document clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports in English.

+ Read, comprehend, and apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials in English.

+ Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ Must be a US Citizen.

+ Minimum age of 25 years.

+ Possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ At least 2 years of experience as an Access Control Officer utilizing security systems (e.g., DISS or scattered castles).

+ Minimum of 1 year of management experience, preferably in a security-related field.

+ Exceptional customer service skills.

+ Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interpret documents to ensure compliance with all rules and procedures.

+ CPR and Automated External Defibrillator certifications are mandatory.

+ In compliance with federal law, all hired individuals will be required to verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the necessary employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

+ Previous military, civilian, or security guard experience is preferred.

+ Successfully completed all training and obtained all required permits, licenses, certifications, and security clearances for the site.

+ Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.

+ No record or history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture within the last five years.

+ Required to comply with all government agency guidelines regarding COVID vaccine Attestation/Restrictions.
