Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our nursing team, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Clinical Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our infusion center, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Patient Care: Ensure that our patients receive exceptional care and service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of our services.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our medical director, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program, Master's degree in a related field within 5 years of hire.
- Experience: 3 years of progressively more responsible experience as a registered nurse in a patient care environment.
- Licensure: License to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia, American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification, and valid Virginia Driver's license.
- Competitive Compensation: $110,000 - $147,680 per year.
