MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related discipline is required

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial or supervisory experience in a complex healthcare setting

Licensure: National certification is mandatory, with MLS or MT ASCP preferred. A valid Virginia Driver's License may be required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role primarily involves sedentary work with significant use of desktop computers. Occasional travel may be necessary to attend meetings and programs.
