Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Create customized travel itineraries that cater to individual tastes and preferences, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions.
  • Source with vendors, airlines, hotels, and local guides to secure the best possible rates and experiences for clients.
  • Manage travel bookings and reservations efficiently, ensuring all logistics are in place and properly documented.
  • Handle any modifications or changes to travel plans promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide timely and accurate travel information, including visa requirements, safety tips, and cultural insights.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Agent, or a related role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, freelance environment.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and related software.
