Job Summary

This is a customer-facing role with State Farm where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, paid time off, and valuable career-building experience.
