Customer Service and Support Professional

The Customer Service and Support Professional is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries and concerns, generating sales documents, and assisting in resolving customer complaints. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to all customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Generate sales documents, including invoicing, contracts, and pick lists, and distribute them to respective departments
* Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide guidance on complaint resolution processes
* Collaborate with branches and other teams to ensure seamless communication and support
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction equipment industry or underground safety rental industry
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
