Zonal Distribution Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Zonal Distribution Leader to join our team at Allianz Commercial (AzC). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for formulating and executing distribution strategies within the Zone.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate resources among business developers, underwriters, and claims with Global, International brokers, and clients to execute on global, national, and local strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and internal teams.
- Provide local brokerages with a clear access point into the organization and act as the lead broker engagement representative in the Zone.
- Ensure client data base (SFDC) is fully populated and kept current at all times with relevant client strategies and client information for the entire Zone.
- Facilitate brokers' understanding of Allianz Commercial underwriting appetites and capabilities.
- 10 years of experience in Underwriting or Development role in industrial/specialty insurance business.
- 10 years of experience in successful track record of prospecting new clients in industrial/specialty insurance segment.
- 10 years of experience fostering long-term, profitable relationships at senior level in broker and client organizations.
- 5-7 years of experience working in an international organization, and overseas assignment or equivalent exposure to international insurance programs.
- 10 years of experience in track record of leadership and influencing others without authority.
