We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at HumanKind, a non-profit human services organization dedicated to serving children and families. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying, recruiting, screening, and training foster parents across the Danville area.

About the Role:

">

Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships with prospective foster parents, ensuring compliance with standards and matching them with suitable foster homes. You will also implement marketing strategies and networking opportunities to reach a wider audience. Conducting interviews and in-home assessments, producing clear and accurate documentation, will be essential to your success in this role.

You will work closely with our team to provide continuous guidance to foster families, supporting them in meeting compliance and development goals. Maintaining detailed and timely case information, reports, and documentation is crucial to this position. Additionally, you will lead Pressley Ridge training sessions and support foster parents' ongoing education.

Requirements:

">

To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a human services field and two years of experience providing casework services to children and families. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is also required. You must be able to complete and maintain all required background checks and drug tests.
