Job Opportunity: Foster Care Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, screen, and train foster parents to provide safe and nurturing environments for children in need.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to reach prospective foster parents, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments, producing accurate documentation to support case management.
  • Maintain detailed records, reports, and case information, adhering to regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field.
  • Minimum two years' experience in casework services, preferably in child welfare or social work.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Able to complete and maintain required background checks and drug testing.
Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $21.00 to $24.25, offering a competitive compensation package. Additionally, benefits include:
