Job Title: Associate Director of Facilities Management

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Facilities Management to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the development and implementation of facilities management initiatives across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement facilities management strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of facilities professionals to ensure effective delivery of facilities services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize facilities management projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize facilities management operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on engineering and capital projects
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
