About the Role

The Associate Director - IT Manufacturing is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing all services that enable applications and operations at the shopfloor level of manufacturing production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strategic direction and create roadmaps to align with organizational goals
  • Guide and support a team consisting of Chapter Category Leads, Site Engineers, and Champions
  • Ensure seamless integration and optimization of critical infrastructure services across the production environment
  • Develop, own, and maintain Critical Infrastructure service roadmap according to Chapter
  • Provide direction to Takeda's manufacturing sites and CIM Site Champions on Critical Infrastructure Service deployments
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of ShopFloor OT technologies, especially in the field of OT production and laboratory environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration with focus manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience required
  • Years' experience in IT
  • Background in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, or Business Partnering
  • IT/OT experience in providing services to a Manufacturing and/or Laboratory environment
