We are in search of a detail-oriented and skilled Financial Accounts Coordinator to become part of our team. The position offers flexibility in location. The ideal applicant will manage the accounts receivable process for our diverse international clientele, ensuring prompt payment collection and accurate financial transaction records.

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing: Create and dispatch invoices to clients with precision and timeliness, adhering to established billing protocols.
  • Collections Oversight: Actively pursue outstanding payments from clients, conducting thorough research on payment histories, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Regularly review accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of overdue invoices. Develop effective collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts.
  • Payment Confirmation: Consistently monitor various payment platforms to verify receipt of payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Payment Plan Management: Collaborate with clients to set up or transition to automatic payment plans, facilitating smoother payment processes.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of client interactions, payments, and account statuses using spreadsheets and financial software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Client Engagement: Utilize various communication methods—including calls, reminder cards, texts, and voicemails—to effectively reach out to clients regarding their accounts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on collection efforts, outcomes, and accounts receivable status, highlighting trends or issues for management review.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet weekly collection targets and adhere to daily call requirements to ensure goals are consistently met.
Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Must be bilingual to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to maintain professionalism and patience in all client interactions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to navigate payment discussions and persuade clients towards favorable outcomes.
  • Personality Traits: A friendly yet assertive demeanor, capable of addressing sensitive financial matters with confidence.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role, ideally in an international context.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently in a remote setting.
