About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Partnerships Manager to join our team at LendingTree, LLC. As a key player in growing our affiliate marketing program, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing partnerships to increase our channel's media sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the growth of the affiliate program by assisting with strategic planning and partner recruitment.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing & Media Partnerships teams to implement and track strategies.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with affiliate networks and partners.
  • Help monitor and analyze program performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in testing and optimizing affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to review performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Address basic technical issues related to affiliate programs, working with technical teams as needed.
  • Prepare and process reports and updates accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to the development of new tactics and strategies for affiliate marketing.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in online marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Basic project and budget management experience.
  • Experience or strong interest in affiliate marketing, especially in the insurance sector, is a plus.
