Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, from raw materials to finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality control records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Experience with quality control software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  • Physical demands: frequent standing, walking, and lifting of moderate weights.
  • Visual demands: regular need to give moderate attention with one or two senses at a time.
  • Work environment: repetitive tasks, but with varying demands and pressures.
  • Mental stress: moderate to high levels of pressure from deadlines, production quotas, and accuracy demands.
