Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and support a team of customer support representatives to ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational targets that align with departmental goals.
  • Encourage a cooperative team atmosphere focused on achieving collective objectives.
  • Oversee support queues to guarantee timely responses and resolutions for customer inquiries.
  • Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within technical support.
  • A solid technical foundation with electromechanical products.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
