Position Overview

Role: Sales Support Specialist

Work Locations: Various locations

Compensation: $15.90 to $20.67 per hour plus commission (based on qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers through our Ultimate Fit Experience
  • Offer product insights and educate customers
  • Generate leads for industrial sales
  • Meet daily sales objectives
  • Uphold store presentation and cleanliness standards
  • Engage in continuous learning and enhance product knowledge
  • Support onsite services and truck operations
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail
  • Results-driven with strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in computer usage and possess a valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Red Wing Shoe Company's mission and values
  • Understanding of profit and loss concepts
  • Passion for fostering growth and resolving challenges
  • Experience in retail footwear
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Perform housekeeping tasks
Work Environment:
  • Retail Store, Warehouse, and Mobile Shoe Truck
