  • Estimated Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Responsibilities and Expectations:**

  1. Customer Support and Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions.
  2. Issue Resolution and Follow-Up: Resolve customer complaints effectively by determining the root cause and offering appropriate resolutions. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  3. Product Knowledge and Assistance: Gain a deep understanding of Insolation Technology LTD services to provide accurate information to customers. Guide customers through product features, usage, and maintenance, assisting with installation and troubleshooting as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support is preferred but not required. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills are essential.
