The Position

This is a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned administrative professional who is eager to learn and contribute in various capacities. Qualifications and Skills Required

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent secretarial certification/related experience.
  • 3+ years of pertinent experience, ideally within a corporate office setting.
  • Proficient time management abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently, while swiftly navigating through uncertainty.
  • Proactive communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and a quick aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Experience in implementing process enhancements and showcasing creativity in problem-solving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Collaborative mindset and enjoyment in working within a diverse, high-performing team.

Key Contributions

  • Support assigned leaders with daily scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
  • Manage updates to organizational charts, performance metrics, communication materials, and other documentation as required.
  • Create and modify documents using the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison for communication with other internal departments.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, venue arrangements, and distribution of materials.
  • Facilitate support for onsite visits and events in collaboration with aligned teams.
  • Serve as a Knowledge Librarian for internal procedural documents.
  • Undertake project-related tasks as required.
