  • Documentation: Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and medication administration in accordance with established standards.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to identify patient needs and contribute to care planning and education.
  • Professional Development: Maintain competencies and engage in ongoing education to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing with a valid LPN license in New York State.
  • BLS certification is required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and transfer patients, with physical demands including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout a typical shift.

Working Environment:

Exposure to biohazardous materials and potential emergency situations, requiring adaptability to varied circumstances.
