Outpatient Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Dialysis team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nephrology nursing.
- Assist with emergency response measures and provide support to patients and families during crisis situations.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on chronic/acute hemodialysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and position patients, as well as stand for prolonged periods.
- A competitive hourly rate of $46.00.
