WHAT WE SEEK:

We are in search of a Mobile Property Manager to assist various communities in the general Seattle area. This role is Full-Time | Hourly | Includes Full Benefits and Bonus eligibility.

Compensation Range: $26 - $28 / Hour

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience.
  • Lease-up experience is preferred.
  • Ability to deliver professional-level customer service and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for assisting others.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Yardi and/or MRI is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
