Job DescriptionAs a Property Manager with Haven Property Management LLC, you will be responsible for the relationships between homeowners, tenants, and our company. This role requires a strong understanding of property management principles and excellent communication skills. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and tenants, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for our tenants while being a good steward of the property owner's interests. You will also be responsible for selling the service offerings of Haven Property Management and representing the company standards at the highest levels. Clear communication with clients and intercompany personnel is essential to deliver in the required timelines at or above set expectations. This includes but is not limited to, tenant placement, move-in and move-out processes. You will be responsible for the following areas: owner leads, new owner meetings and property evaluations, owner management agreement execution, preform property pre-inspections, present and execute on agreed items, property upload into AppFolio, property showings, tenant application review and presenting the primary applicant, perform move-in process with tenants, perform property inspections, process lease renewals when applicable, perform move-out process and manage turn work, ongoing tenant relations, and ongoing owner relations. You will also be responsible for property escalations from other departments. To be successful in this role, you will need a real estate license for the appropriate state of business, a personal computer with access to Microsoft Office products, a personal cellular phone, a driver's license with reliable transportation, and an understanding of AppFolio, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, and Office software programs. You will also need solution-based out-of-the-box thinking. This is an independent contractor position with a flat $4000 monthly salary and a percentage of tenant placement fees collected on properties managed. Tenant placement fees are guaranteed at $500 per month for the first three months. Payment of placement fees requires an active Washington State Real Estate license in good standing, hung with Haven Property Management. Experience in customer service, property management, and AppFolio is preferred. A driver's license and Washington Real Estate License are required.
