Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with construction equipment buyers and prospective clients in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of EquipmentShare's product offerings and construction equipment brands to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to customers.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market footprint.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, managing sales pipelines for other nearby markets in your region and contributing to the growth of our team.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the construction industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a drive to provide exceptional customer service.
- Industry Knowledge: Industry knowledge and experience in B2B sales are preferred but not required.
