Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategically manage key client relationships to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute client-centric solutions.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to educate clients on risk management best practices and emerging trends.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with clients, Aon, and insurers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Prioritize business development initiatives to expand Aon's market share and promote sustainable growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in risk insurance and account management.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and exceeding sales targets.
  • Advanced understanding of risk management principles, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaborative environments.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive annual salary of $150,000 - $220,000, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
