TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. is in search of a Senior Program Manager to oversee a federal initiative. The Program Manager will act as the primary liaison and provide oversight and direction for all contractor staff involved in this project. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, standards, and efficiency of the service portfolio, encompassing both technical challenges and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the project.
  • Supervise and guide contractor personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
  • Manage both technical and business process issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, or technical fields is mandatory.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale web service projects with a minimum budget of $5 million.
  • A minimum of ten years of practical experience in providing program management services to public sector entities.
  • Extensive experience in Web Modernization, Change Management, and Program Management, with demonstrable examples of successful planning, execution, and oversight of web initiatives.
  • In-depth experience collaborating with Federal Agencies on Web Modernization planning and management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Possession of an active Project Management Professional Certification is required.
