Job Summary:

As an IT Program Device Management Team Lead, you will provide strategic oversight of all aspects of field and/or task-level program performance, ensuring technical, administrative, and financial excellence. With a strong background in leading device management teams, you will supervise personnel, organize and assign responsibilities, and maintain customer and vendor contacts to ensure conformity to all obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight of program performance
  • Supervise personnel and assign responsibilities
  • Maintain customer and vendor contacts
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables
  • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in device management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and lead teams
