As an F&I Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include working closely with clients to present financing and insurance solutions for vehicle purchases, as well as detailing aftermarket products and extended warranty options. It is essential to establish effective communication with the sales team regarding financing and leasing programs, while highlighting the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service offerings prior to customer referrals to the finance department. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional communication skills to foster relationships with new lending institutions and maintain strong connections with existing lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing packages. Accuracy is critical; as an F&I Operations Manager, you will be tasked with processing financing and leasing agreements with precision, obtaining approvals through financial sources and adhering to relevant regulatory requirements.

The typical schedule for an F&I Operations Manager runs from Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off. F&I Operations Managers generally work between 45 to 48 hours each week.

  • Requirements for the Automotive F&I Operations Manager:
  • A High School Diploma is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Ability to manage detail-oriented processes effectively
  • Strong computer skills and a meticulous attention to detail, along with excellent communication capabilities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and lending institutions
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
  • A valid and clean driver's license
