As an Automotive Title Processing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include managing the processing of vehicle sales transactions, ensuring accuracy for the accounting department, and preparing legal transfer documents for the relevant authorities.
The collaboration between the showroom and the Title Processing Specialist is vital; as vehicles are sold, your expertise will help maintain compliance.
This role also involves identifying any discrepancies in title documentation and communicating these issues to management.
In addition, you may assist with various administrative tasks such as warranty processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other clerical responsibilities as required.
Team collaboration and cross-training are essential, as all office personnel work closely together to ensure the overall success of the dealership.
The standard working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Automotive Title Processing Specialist Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive title processing
• A motivated team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Effective organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
