As a Vehicle Operations Specialist, your daily responsibilities will primarily involve engaging with customers and managing vehicle movements across the lot.

Upon the arrival of new vehicles, you will verify their receipt and ensure that serial numbers match the corresponding invoices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Parking and retrieving vehicles for sales and service clients
  • Organizing vehicles throughout the lot
  • Managing the customer parking area
  • Shuttling customers to various locations and transporting vehicles between different Faulkner facilities

It is essential to ensure that all vehicles are cleaned prior to customer delivery. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness at customer entrances and performing minor property maintenance duties.

Requirements for the Vehicle Operations Specialist:
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Physical stamina to move around the lot and interact with customers

Applicants must be able to perform tasks that involve lifting and/or carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs, as well as engaging in activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.
