As an Automotive Parts Sales Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers at the parts pick-up area. Your role will involve assisting service technicians and walk-in clients in selecting and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
In addition to your responsibilities as a Parts Sales Associate, you will receive training in inventory management, stocking, and retrieving automotive components from the storage area. You may also be tasked with delivering parts to customers at locations outside the dealership.
The standard work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
Requirements for the Automotive Parts Sales Associate:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a clean, valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate, or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a parts sales role within a dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Capability to comprehend manufacturer specifications.
