Key Responsibilities -
Finance Manager Duties:
- Collaborate closely with the sales manager to ensure profitable transactions on every sale.
- Implement a strategy to achieve 100 percent transition to the finance and insurance department.
- Present financing options to customers, providing guidance based on insights gathered during initial interactions.
- Engage directly with customers to review credit applications and reports, discussing suitable financing alternatives.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for vehicle delivery, including loan agreements and regulatory paperwork.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
- Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
- Maintain control of all documentation until it is ready for submission to the office manager.
- Generate additional revenue through the sale of ancillary products.
- Educate the sales team on the advantages of financing and related products.
- Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations affecting the automotive finance sector.
- Compile and present monthly and annual performance reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Assistant Sales Manager Duties:
- Provide support to the sales manager as needed.
- Possess knowledge of transaction management while ensuring profitability for both front-end and back-end sales.
- Conduct vehicle appraisals.
- Stay informed about inventory levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate transaction closures.
- Manage lead assignments within the customer relationship management system.
Candidates should have substantial experience in the automotive sector and embody qualities that contribute to a successful sales environment, including effective communication, organization, competitiveness, a proactive attitude, and friendliness.
