Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with our service customers to set appointments, provide price quotes, and handle courtesy car programs.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including cashier duties and customer relations.
- Contribute to the team's efforts to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the team's success.
- Ability to understand manufacturer specifications.
- ADP experience a plus.
- Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions, including bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.
