We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites Wyndham Auburn. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, including cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, and room charges. You will also be responsible for compiling and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to our general manager and hotel management.
Responsibilities:
Audit and reconcile all financial records, including cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, and room charges
Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager and hotel management
Process additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required
Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
Qualifications:
Overnight shift; requires flexible hours
Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred
Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired
Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
