Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll provide administrative support to our executive leaders, ensuring the efficient operation of our office administration. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our corporate team, including creating and editing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors for the corporate office.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, and scanning as needed.
- Support making travel arrangements for executive leadership team members.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Maintain office supply inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and expediting orders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages, including online gift card fulfillment to customers' homes.
- Support the coordination of team events for the office team as needed.
- Contribute to team effort by being available to support needs for the executive leadership team and/or corporate office.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience or similar experience using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
