Job Description Summary

The Territory Operations Manager at Sunbelt Rentals plays a crucial role in empowering our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

In this position, you will oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of operations within your designated area. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic business initiatives to foster growth and profitability, motivating and engaging employees, ensuring optimal placement of team members, providing sales leadership, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of district-level management experience, along with 2 years of sales experience

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • In-depth product knowledge
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Coaching and mentoring capabilities
  • Understanding of Profit and Loss management

Safety Commitment:

This role involves physical demands such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting weights of 25 pounds or more, with the potential for both indoor and outdoor work as required.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $109,074.10. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience.
