  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all company, FMCSR, DOT policies, rules, regulations, and laws, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years' experience in a dispatching or fleet management role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and supervisory skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, transportation, or business administration.
