Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at JPMorganChase. As a key member of our branch banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building lasting relationships, and providing thoughtful solutions to meet our customers' financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by acting with a customer-first attitude and making personal connections with customers.
  • Manage assigned customers and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships, discover financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
  • Influence, educate, and connect customers to technology and provide financial options using a consultative approach.
  • Work in partnership with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in Retail banking sales, Financial services sales, or Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships, and delivering results.
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • Beginning October 1, 2018, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses are required. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 180 days of hire.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs.
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
