Position Overview
This role is pivotal in enhancing the operational success of our vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager within Amazon Vendor Services, you will:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for vendor inquiries, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively.
  • Identify and implement strategic priorities across various business functions including marketing and supply chain.
  • Utilize multiple platforms to develop product messaging, monitor inventory, and assess sales performance.
  • Analyze data from diverse sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations to vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic business recommendations and ensure operational excellence.
  • Create tailored reports that align with vendor growth objectives.
  • Educate vendors on Amazon's tools, policies, and growth opportunities.
  • Propose promotional strategies to support vendors in achieving their revenue targets.
  • Engage with various internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements across the team and organization.
  • Manage complex account goals and projects effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large datasets.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in account management, sales, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau or Salesforce.
  • Background in e-commerce and data analysis.
