Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand project scope and objectives, delivering against those objectives.
  • Execute projects of grander scale and multiple projects as necessary.
  • Independently manage creation of plans/materials contributing to integrated marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with internal clients, understanding their needs, delivering high-quality materials, and effectively managing feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic CRM discussions and planning.
  • Oversee the development, finalization, and deployment of email CRM assets.
  • Assist in reporting CRM campaign metrics, results, and learning.
  • Manage CRM system opt-outs.
  • Work with CRM data to help Service Line marketing teams gain deeper market insight.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Oracle Eloqua.
  • Experience working with software to prepare assets for deployment, preferably HTML.
  • Familiarity with CRM metrics and analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of comparable experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience managing client relationships.
